Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Blackjack Dealer may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.

Blackjack is a table game in which players aim to reach as close to 21 as possible without going over.
The object for players is to either have a higher number than the dealer and/or for the dealer to go over 21 so the players will win their hands.
